  If you are intimidated by the thought of going to the gym and are worried about being judged, this is the place for you. After being a member for 3 months, I can tell you that the atmosphere is accepting, positive, uplifting and motivating. Elliott and the other trainers here are excellent. If you are a noobie like I was, don't be intimidated! Joining Crossfit Plainville will connect you with some amazing individuals that all share a common goal: get fit and have fun. The exersizes are scaled to meet your current fitness level. They pay attention to your form and coach you along the way. Don't hesitate, just join. It will change your life!
